Century Lodge Limited is a newly established care facility dedicated to providing top-tier care and supported Accommodation services to care leavers and young people aged 16 to 18.

To provide exceptional care and support services to care leavers and young people aged 16 to 18, in a safe and nurturing environment where each individual can thrive. Through compassion and dedication, we aim to empower individuals to navigate daily life choices, and we achieve this by tailoring a care and support plan that revolves around the unique needs, preferences, and current status of our residents.

Our Key Objectives are:

1. To provide a safe, secure and supportive Accommodation environment by ensuring that all care leavers in our care live in a safe, secure, and supportive setting where their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized.

2. To promote and encourage Educational, Emotional and Social Development of each child through tailored care plan and by supporting care leavers in their educational pursuits and social interactions, facilitating a balanced and fulfilling life.

3. To promote Independence and Personal Growth by encouraging care leavers to develop essential life skills, fostering independence and preparing them for adulthood.

4. Foster Positive Relationships by promoting healthy relationships among residents, staff, and the wider community whilst creating a sense of belonging.

5. Deliver Personalized Care through the offering of tailored care plans that address the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each child, ensuring they receive the right support to flourish.

6. To ensure care leavers’ rights are respected, their voices are heard, and their individual needs are met.

Our Accomodation

Our supported living home is designed to offer a welcoming, safe, and homely environment. Each young Adult has their own private bedroom, and communal areas are provided for social interaction. The homes are equipped with necessary amenities, including kitchen and laundry facilities, to encourage the development of independent living skills.

The homes are situated in communities that offer access to local amenities such as schools, healthcare services, recreational facilities, and public transport.

We have ensured that our home is a safe, secure, and a happy place to live by:

Ensuring the physical environment adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, while empowering our young people to raise any concerns with their landlord if these standards are not met.

Providing each young person with their own front door key, unless there are documented and agreed-upon reasons indicating that it is not in their best interest. Such decisions will be made transparently and with the individual’s well-being as the priority.

Maintaining robust policies and procedures to safeguard young people from all forms of abuse, with regular audits to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
